Growth Method Incentives Programme

We're creating a community of like-minded, talented individuals that are helping to change the perception of marketing to a revenue-generating function and believe that over the next 5 years marketing will drive more revenue than sales.

The incentives programme has been designed to help you gain recognition for high quality work, to share learnings with peers and to build a like-minded community of marketing growth professionals. The programme aligns closely with the principles explained in our Value Exchange Loop article, which outlines the foundational mindset behind effective growth marketing.

The programme consists of 3 elements - certification, awards and personal profile. If you are interested in earning additional rewards by referring new customers, you may also want to learn more about our affiliate programme.

1. Growth Marketer Certification

Upon successful completion of our Growth Marketing Course and assessment you will receive a Growth Marketing Professional certificate and LinkedIn badge.

This requires reading all of our course content, taking the online assessment and achieving at least a 70% pass rate.

2. Growth Experiment Rewards

Users that have successfully achieved the Growth Marketing Professional Certification can nominate a successful completed experiment they feel is beneficial to the wider community to be included in the Growth Method public gallery.

Once approved your experiment will be duplicated into the public gallery with any confidential data removed. We will promote it through our social, email and paid channels.

You will receive a £50 voucher of your choosing from Growth Method, and can use the unique permanent URL (like this one) to share it outside of your immediate team. All original experiment details and data will remain in your account. For further details contact gallery@growthmethod.com.

3. Growth Marketer Profile Page

Once you have completed the Growth Marketing Professional certification and have 10 or more experiments accepted into the public gallery you will receive your own Growth Marketer Profile Page in recognition of your expertise and contribution to the community.

This operates in much the same way as a GitHub profile page for developers. It will be permanently available at a public URL of your choosing (e.g. https://app.growthmethod.com/@stuart-ferguson) and will display a historical view of your public experiments as well as a real-time view of your growth activity.

We strongly recommend individuals add this URL to the contact section of their LinkedIn profile.
