What does early access include? Your first month free and $150 in API credits, enough to run an agent for a month. No credit card required.
Do you offer consulting? Yes. Coaching and consulting is charged at $150 per hour, subject to availability.
Can you support multiple teams or companies? Yes. If you’re a growth consultancy, we’ll give you an account switcher to move between companies. See working on more than one team.
If I work across several client teams, am I billed for each one? Seats belong to workspaces, not people. Each workspace pays for its own members, so a consultant on eight client teams is one seat in each client’s workspace, usually passed through to that client. Nobody is personally billed twice. If someone only needs to see campaign reports, add them as a subscriber, which is free.
How is AI usage billed? Your plan covers the platform; AI usage is passed through at cost with no markup, so you pay exactly what the AI providers charge us.
Do you integrate with my tech stack? Yes. We have prebuilt integrations for most marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Microsoft Clarity, and you can add a custom integration to anything else in a couple of clicks. What support do you provide? Every plan includes email support, answered directly by the founder within one business day. Enterprise customers also have a dedicated growth advisor, so there’s always someone who knows your account.
Is Growth Method only for marketing teams? Yes. We focus on marketing teams, a group we think is underserved by generic tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, and Linear.
Is Growth Method right for my business? We work with in-house teams, consultants, and agencies, and see the most success where there’s an existing growth culture or a top-down mandate for change. We work with companies of all sizes, from teams of 6 to organisations of 6,000.
