Commenting

Discuss campaigns with your team using comments and @mentions.

Add comments to a campaign at any stage (Backlog, Planning, Live, Analysing, or Complete) from the Discussion section. Comments are stored on the campaign, so the thread and its context stay with the campaign as it moves through the stages.

Add a comment

There are three ways to comment:

  1. Open the campaign from a new-campaign notification email.
  2. Select the comment button when viewing a campaign.
  3. Add #comment to any campaign URL to jump to the Discussion section.

@mentions

When commenting, @mention anyone on your team. Start typing to filter team members, then press Tab to complete.

Notifications

Email notifications go to the campaign’s creator and owner, and to anyone mentioned in a comment. If you comment on your own campaign (for example, while testing), you won’t get an email.
