How it works
You’re always notified by email for key events. Each notification includes a contextual summary written for the current stage of the campaign, in the right tense and level of detail.
Real-time notifications
Emails are sent for these events:

| Moved to Analysing | A campaign reaches the end of its run and automatically moves to Analysing |
| Campaign analysed | The AI analyses a finished campaign’s results and saves its findings |
| Campaign completed | A campaign is moved to Complete |
| New subscriber | A new subscriber is added to the team |
| New comment | A new comment is added to a campaign |
For a given campaign you get either Moved to Analysing or Campaign analysed, not both, depending on whether the AI saved an analysis.
A scheduled agent run sends a single email with its outcome, rather than one email for each stage it moves a campaign through. So a run that creates and launches a campaign sends only Campaign started.
Weekly summary
A weekly summary is emailed to each team member, with a snapshot of your team’s campaigns and a link to the full report. Subscribers get a public version. See reports.
Good to know
- Campaign emails link to the campaign, and to the chat conversation behind it when there is one.
- Actions you take show a confirmation before they send an email. Automatic emails, like the weekly summary and a campaign reaching the end of its run, send on their own.
