Share campaigns securely with stakeholders outside your team, without giving them Growth Method accounts. Sharing links are a safe way to keep managers, board members, advisors, investors, and other third parties up to date. Every link is generated automatically, expires for security, and can be regenerated.
Create a sharing link
Links give read-only access and can be viewed without logging in.
- Open the campaign you want to share.
- Select the Share action.
- Growth Method generates a secure sharing URL.
- Copy the link and send it to your stakeholders.
What a recipient sees
The shared page is written for someone who may never have used Growth Method. It opens with a summary:
- The workspace name, and how long the link stays valid
- The campaign owner, its stage (Planning, Live, Analysing or Complete) and the dates it ran
- Before-and-after results for each metric the campaign tracks, with a note of the measurement window and the data sources any AI agent consulted, such as Google Search Console
The hypothesis, plan, launch activity and analysis follow. The workspace goal is not shown on shared pages. Where an AI agent ran a stage, a short note under that stage says so and names the data sources it used. The AI score and AI cost are not shown on shared pages.
Good to know
- Links expire after six weeks for security.
- Each campaign has one sharing link, shared by the whole team. Regenerating it revokes the old one.
- The remaining validity time is shown in the top right of a shared page.
- Shared pages are hidden from search engines. Pasting a link into Slack or email previews the campaign name and a line about Growth Method, never the campaign’s numbers.
- When a link expires, visitors see a page naming the workspace and suggesting they ask whoever sent the link for a fresh one.
